The Cambridge New Wave Foundation in Scaravelli-inspired yoga is delivered in a combination of classes and creative embodied philosophy seminars on Sanskrit texts. The philosophy embraces the Sanskrit wisdom of both Patañjali and the Vijñānabhairavatantra, among other texts.
